Hotend pauses on print for a few seconds after finish printing

Any one know how to change settings/gcod so that the hotend does not pause on the top layer after it finish printing? This leaves a dimple where it paused. Thanks!

Leaking hotend - multiple prints fail after about two hours, shorter prints are ok. Before this print I cleaned the hot end and it was spotless, put in a new steel nozzle
