Total follower count in users endpoint - API - Twitch Developer Forums

I know, that there’s an endpoint to get the number of followers for a single user. However, due to the API limit and due to the fact, that you have to perform one call per user to get their follower count, i would like to suggest to provide the total follower count in the users endpoint, too.

I was seeing this trend on Twitter. Is this accurate? 15 minutes of lurking and a view doesn't count? Anyone experience that? : r/Twitch
