Certain Text and Images not Appearing in Pokemon Ultra Sun - Citra Support - Citra Community

In Pokemon Sun and Ultra Sun there is certain text and images that won’t appear when playing the game, specifically at the beginning. When it asks what language I want to play the game in, the language options don’t even appear nor do the character appearance options along with certain letters in the keyboard when typing my name.
