Phantom Force, Pokémon Wiki

Phantom Force (ゴーストダイブ, Ghost Dive) is a ghost-type move introduced in Generation VI. The user vanishes somewhere, which makes most of opponent's attacks miss. The user then strikes the target on the next turn. This move hits even if the target uses Protect or Detect. This move doubles in power if the targeted Pokémon used the move Minimize. Phantom Force may have been intended as a weaker version of Shadow Force.
