A Doll's House
Henrik Ibsen’s masterpiece on the fate and life of Nora and Torvald. Taking place in Norway in the late 1800’s, the very capable Nora is slowly enlightened as to what it is that she really wants in a male dominated societyand in a family. The play’s theme of the “awakening” of a middle-class wife and mother to the realities of the world caused a storm of outrage and controversy when it was originally released for what was considered radical feminism.
